·   Develop efficient team schedules for complex projects involving many internal and external dependencies, coordinate team to meet commitments, and anticipate and solve roadblocks to focus team to drive for results. 

·   Lead the team to deliver a modem simulation software solution to remove hardware dependency from early development and enable division-wide large scale lab test automation.

Designed test plans and develop test automation for internal and external drivers for cellular core technologies on Windows CE and Windows Mobile products.  Investigated test failures and provide solutions.  Automated and maintained test cases for Windows Mobile logo requirements on cellular radio drivers from external partners.  Collaborated with internal and external partners to identify and resolve cellular defects to improve overall product quality.  Designed and developed tool on products to gather run-time debug information to help capture and fix product defects.  Maintained and upgraded a test lab with advanced RF testing equipments.  Supervised test contractors to execute test passes and report test results.

7/2004 – 12/2005, Senior Integration Test Engineer at Motorola Embedded Communication Computing

Integrated and tested MicroTCA, CompactPCI, and VME embedded solutions including board and system hardware, high availability middleware, firmware, and operating systems (Linux and VxWorks).  Blades in these systems were based on Intel, Broadcom, and PowerPC processors.  Tasks include designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures to ensure the quality of software and hardware products.
